What time does the Beast of the Beacons 20 and 40 Mile Trail Running Challenge start?
The 40 Mile race will start at 08:00 and the 20 Mile will start at 09:00.
What kit do I need for the Beast of the Beacons 20 and 40 Mile Trail Running Challenge?
A full mandatory kit check will be taken at registration and checks will be carried out during the event. Please bring the following items: waterproof jacket and trousers, race vest/pack, baselayer top - must be synthetic or mineral wool, capacity to carry 2 litres of fluid, GPX file downloaded or map, fully charged mobile phone + back up, hat, gloves, trail shoes, first aid kit, foil blanket, reusable cup, head torch + spare batteries, whistle, hand sanitiser, face mask, spare socks (suggested).
What are the cut-off times for the Beacons to Blacks Ultra 50 & Marathon?
The Beast of the Beacons 20 and 40 mile have a cut-off time of 8 hours and 16 hours respectively.
