Here are the distances available for Beginners Trail Running Day
Distance
13km
You'll be running along trails in the Cotswold hills with trail running guides. The pace will be easy and sociable, this is not a race, no runner will get left behind!
There'll be stops along the way but you'll be out on your feet for between 3 - 4 hours.
The total length of the course will be approximately 13k.

By Car
Base camp is at Woodchester Park near to the village of Nympsfield. Please be aware that there is no access from the A46 to the E end of Woodchester Park in the village of South Woodchester. It is best to come from the B4066 where you'll see an exit for Woodchester Park.
Parking
There will be parking available. The grid reference for the car park entrance is SO 797 011 and it is at Latitude 51.7088N Longitude 2.2953W. The What3Words reference is nuns.skill.respected.

Head out onto the Cotswold hills.
Lunch at base camp

Food and Drink
There will be snacks, tea, coffee and lunch provided at base camp. After being out on the trails in the morning, you'll return to base to eat lunch together.
Workshop
You'll learn new skills in the workshop, get advice from qualified coaches including a tutorial on running technique and how to approach and descend hills. There'll also be two trail running guides out on the course will you to give advice and reinforcement. There will also be a session on the basics of route navigation.
Support Vehicle
The support vehicle will be with you the entire time to provide snacks and drinks, with plenty of stops to take in the jaw-dropping Cotswold views.
