Route information
This event boasts a flat course around a lake of 1652 metres with very little rise and fall. The race will go anti-clockwise and will not change direction. The surface is made of exposed aggregate concrete and is 4 metres wide.
Team Relays
There will be Men’s Team of 4 runners, Women’s Team of 4 runners, and Mixed Teams 2 Men and 2 Women of 4 runners’.
Each Team Member will complete 2 hours each throughout 24 hours and will have an arm band to pass on to the next runner.

Race Packs
You will need to collect your race number and chip from race registration Victoria Park Bowling Club and Connswater Athletics Club, Sydenham, Belfast, BT3 9EE.
Race Instructions
Race instructions and Information will be sent out by email two weeks prior to the event.
Age Requirements
All entrants must be 20 years and older to enter the event.
Beyond The Limitations
Scenic running events within the pleasant Gloucestershire area. Spectacular views can be observed around the flat and undulating routes.

No, pacers are not allowed to run with you.
Can I receive assistance during the Belfast 24 Hour International Road Races & Ultra?
Only at the specified ‘pit’ area. There will be a designated line which ‘crew’ cannot cross to hand out drinks, food etc. The feeding zone is 400 metres long.
Do I need a head-torch for the Belfast 24 Hour International Road Races & Ultra?
Its advised that runners have their own head-torches as only 500m of the route is lit by street-lighting.
How will I know how far I’ve gone in the Belfast 24 Hour International Road Races & Ultra?
