I love this run ❤. The marshalls all round are so encouraging & energetic👏. So well organised. They cater for the weather every year. Can't wait for the next on 👍. But never seem to get back in time for the beer 😥

Top event. Very well organised, with lots of info. The course is spectacular. Plenty of support from the Marshalls and plenty of water/energy supplies stations. Challenging but very rewarding race. Very good quality runners taking part.

Registration, getting to the start, bag drop, starting, marshalling, refreshments, distance markers all fantastic. Also very efficient on timing and results. The 'race village' was great with free cake and beer much appreciated! It would be nice if somehow there could be less plastic (water bottles, bags etc.). I really really enjoyed it and thought it was excellent value.

Excellent race! Fantastic Marshall’s with good water and lucozade stops. Lovely route with a very hilly end! Lots of friendly runners. Great medal, along with a T-shirt and fantastic goody bag - worth running 15 miles for!

Second time round the Bewl 15 appreciated a slightly cooler run vs 2018. A lovely route and well organised with some great supporters, volunteers, jelly babies, orange segments and sponges! Not a route for PBs due to bottle necks and single tracks, but nonetheless and great run.

Enjoyed this race with its wonderful views (when I can take my eyes off the occasional bumps), and thanks to God for cooler weather for the day!
My thanks too for the excellent organisation from Albert and the team as always. It's my sixth year and everything is consistently great.
My only advice to new runners is to save some energy for the hills in the last few miles, especially the final 3/4 mile which you ran downhill at the beginning.

Its tough and challenging and never runs the same each time, but the organisation, support and camaraderie makes it one of the best events in the running calendar.

Amazing race! Challenging course but very rewarding. Great value for money with a lovely medal, t-shirt, goody bag, and all manner of other freebies in the event village area. Be sure to pace yourself well and brace for the hills in the second half of the race!

Thought what the club laid on was great. The nice work announcer lacked compassion (we don’t want to fill in any paperwork if you fall over) and the prize giving lacked atmosphere was confusing and should have been scheduled at a set time.

Really loved this trail race, in beautiful countryside, mostly in shade in the trees, but also some open running by The Bewl reservoir. Fantastic scenery and a lovely crowd and support team. Delicious cakes at the end too. It was my first time and I will do it again next year.

After 20 years being involved in organising Bewl 15 I thought I had earned a trot around Bewl 15. It was gratifying to see our marshals and organising tam working like clockwork. I learnt a few things, too, even though I live by and run parts of Bewl two or three times per week, and never tire of the views. OK, I am biased.

A great race, very well organised; I think next year you should move away from plastic bottles and have compostable goody bags

Thanks for an excellent event

I ran this course for the first time and to be honest I was amazed by the way it was organised. The route was challenging and views stunning. Marshals were wonderful and I loved the fact that everything was available to the runners: free cakes, drinks, even beer and massages. I was boasting about this race in my club (Great Bentley). However, the only downside is ...the cost of photos. I am shocked. Our club happened to run the North Downs the previous week which I instantly compared Bewl 15 to. I thought it would be hard to determine which of them two was better. I must admit that having been offered 1 photo for a price of £16.65 is upsetting. The NDR had professional photographers who uploaded FREE photos on Facebook. At this point I am a bit disappointed. PLease take it under consideration for the future. Apart from that. I absolutely loved everything about this race. Thank you for your amazing efforts.
Magdalena

2nd year of taking part in Bewl and I throughly enjoyed it. A very well organised race with really supportive and encouraging marshals. Plenty of refreshments on route so no need to take anything along with you. A lovely route to run .... with a few tough hills at the end, just to test the legs 😂
One of the best goodie bags from a race with a nice T-shirt and medal.
Will definitely be back for more next year !

This event was one of the best organised races I have ever taken part in! The atmosphere was fantastic, everyone was excited to start and the race itself was beautiful. It is a great day out for anyone who enjoys running, you don't have to like trails to want to do this again! Awesome work, thank you to all the marshals, nice work and of course, Wadhurst Runners!

Superb multi-terrain course with some excellent steep climbs in the second half. Great atmosphere, there was even a piper in full Highland regalia. Really well marshalled, sponge stations, loads of water, jelly babies and oranges. Great LSR course.
