Olympic - 1500m Swim, 45.5km Bike, 10.2km Run
The 1500m swim portion of this event will see you start in the North Lake and travel the entire circumference of the lake before getting out of the water just 10m from the transition point.
The 45.5km cycle is fast and mostly flat with a few gentle inclines and will have you riding in the outstanding Cotswold countryside.
The last portion of the Olympic race is a 10.2km run around the two lakes. This off-road flat run will take you away from traffic for the most part and will see you cross the finish line after 3 laps.
Sprint - 400m Swim, 28.3km Bike, 6.8km Run
This lake swim will have you swimming 400m from the North Lake around a couple of Buoy's before making your way to the transition point.
The 28.3km ride will have you whizzing around the course, up a few small inclines in the relatively flat Cotswold countryside.
You'll finish your sprint with a quick 6.8km run on a footpath around the two lakes. These 2 laps will be flat, fast, and off-road.
Super Sprint - 200m Swim, 15km Bike, 3.4km Run
Starting out in the North Lake you will head out for a quick 200m lap around a buoy before running those final 10m to the transition point.
This brisk 15km tour of the Cotswolds will have you marvelling at the views as you pedal towards the last part of the triathlon.
Only 1 lap around the two lakes, the 6.8km flat run will take you off-road and have you speeding across the finish line.
Team Sprint - 400m Swim, 28.3km Bike, 6.8km Run
The team sprint is the same as the individual sprint. In this event one person from the team completes each element of the Triathlon. Teams can have 2 or 3 members.
