Finally somewhere to post a review where it doesn't get removed. Registration a shambles, told you could register at 7 then told to come back at 7.30. They had one guy sorting out the people who were doing the 100 miler led to massive queues. Told afterward that there was a cut off time of 4.30pm. Feed stations were rubbish, great if you wanted a sugar fix, cakes, sweets and more cakes. No savoury. No event staff at the end welcomed back by volunteers, no photo finish. I've done many sportives this was the worse one I've ever done. It's a shame as their rides do look good. But based on my first experience with them it's definitely I won't ride with them again and definitely not worth £40. Only thing that was good was scenery, but they can't take credit for that.

This was my first 100 mile sportive and all I can say is it was disappointing..signed up to then be told there is a cut off time putting me under pressure. The registration was a shambles due to bad planning. Feed stations.. Good if wanted sugar overload bad organisation again. We finished 30 mins outside of cut off even after hardly stopping all the way with a 13 mph average . Was hoping to get a photo on the finish but no photographer and only volunteers there. And to top it off no results so I don't even know how I finished overall.. Needs improvement.

Lets get the positives out the way - great ride and scenery.. I had to mark it down to show how bad the rest was..Organisation - Cr@p to be honest, Open at 7am then expect the 200 or so riders on the long course to get registered so they can go at 7:30, wasn't going to happen. No idea who to ask as none of them wear and sort of jacket at the racecourse to identify themselves. Start was fine, with safety briefing and Marshall on the course were fantastic as were the refuel stations. No Mobile mechanic either.. any issues sort yourself out, luckily i was ok but a few others weren't.Finish line - not clearly marked, I followed 4 others in who could find the finish line as there no marshal or sign telling you where to go.. Organiser who I spoke to wasn't the least bit bothered. Results - Over a week later and the results still aren't published - They having a laugh..If you want to do a 100 mile bike ride - go with Struggle.. 110% better organised - these lot are a joke..
