Take part in the first event in the Classic Element Race Series, a 4-part trail running series based on the 4 classic elements of the Earth. This 'Air' themed run boasts panoramic views across the New Forest and breathtaking scenery along both routes and a bespoke finisher's medal to celebrate.

Route information
This fantastic trail run is set in the stunning New Forest National Park, promising incredible views and scenery as you run through the Meon Valley. Choose between two distances - a marathon or 18 mile race - and start from the viewpoint at Hyde Common, one of the highest points of the Park, to catch the sunrise.
The routes will take you through open plains and wooded areas as you run with a small group of runners - numbers are limited due to the nature of the course. These routes are new for 2024, so will allow you to discover little-known parts of the New Forest!
The BigSky event is fully marked and marshalled, with 2 aid stations for the 18 mile route and 3 for the marathon. All runners will receive a bespoke event medal and the chance to sit back and look out over the awe-inspiring New Forest National Park.
