FAQs
Is a massage necessary?

Massage is a great way of getting those muscles ready for the challenge of the triathlon and even better still to soothe and ease away the aches and strains after the race whilst aiding recovery.

A massage team is available at our events. It may be a good idea to pre book a post race massage when you arrive at the venue, so you don't have to wait after you have finished your race.

2.5 out of 5 stars

  • Did the Olympic in 2019

Sorry, but can’t recommend this Tri; indeed quite the opposite...!
The bike course was atrocious, that many potholes and broken tarmac that a mountain bike would have been more suitable. The bike rack area was poorly manned with inadequate checks on bikes, people entering at will and no tags on competitor bags to match with owners - a potential free for all. The cost was extortionate when you consider there was no T-Shirt included and NO post race sustenance just some water/ High-5 drinks - no post race food is unbelievable. The atmosphere was unremarkable and certainly nothing to get excited about. As a reasonably experienced triathlete I’d say this was possibly the worse run event I’ve ever attended.
Hope the organisers plan an honest review.
  • Did the Sprint in 2018

On the instructions it says cycle on the right, pass on the left. This was changed in the brief to ride on the left, pass on the right.needs clarification.
