Blenheim Palace provides a stunning setting for this great family-friendly event which welcomes established runners and newbies alike. With a junior 1 mile event for under 15s and 4 miles for wheelchairs and buggies, there is an event for everyone. Run, walk or jog round.

Blenheim Palace is the stunning backdrop to this spectacular run through the grounds including a lakeside 'off road' section. Run, jog or walk - this event is suited to serious runners and newbies alike. It is a challenging route, but you can go at your own pace.. And the scenery is unsurpassed.

Grab the whole family and head to the stunning Blenheim Palace for this incredibly inclusive and family-friendly running event.
The event includes races for both kids and adults, and has a 4 mile course specifically for wheelchair athletes and buggies. The undulating course through the ground is challenging, but participants are encouraged to take it at their own pace and enjoy the stunning surroundings while they are on the course.
After the race, show off your new finisher's bling as you explore the palace grounds and grab refreshments from the cafes and restaurants on the grounds.
Schedule:
10:15: Junior Race start
11:00: 7K & 4 Mile start
Please arrive at least 45 minutes before race time to ensure plenty of time for registration
Bag Drop:
Supervised bag storage is available at the race for a donation to Youth Challenge Oxfordshire
Facilities:
There will be no changing rooms or showers at the venue but toilets are provided.
Blenheim Palace very kindly allows spectators to accompany participants free of charge. While your racers are runner, feel free to explore the grounds, or set up for an awesome post-race picnic.
Marshals and stewards are needed to make sure that runners get round the course safely. If you can help point participants in the right direction and support them on their way, please volunteer to help marshal on the day. You would only be asked to help for the morning, and have the rest of the day to enjoy at Blenheim Palace.
Refreshments at Race HQ will be supplied for volunteer marshals.

Eight miles north-west of Oxford, on the A44 Evesham Road, Blenheim Palace is well signposted from major routes around Oxford city and junction 9 of the M40. For Sat Nav use the postcode OX20 1PP.
Please enter the grounds via the Hensington Gate, which is on the A44 as you come into Woodstock from Oxford. For public transport, there are regular trains and coaches to Oxford, and the bus service stops just outside Blenheim Palace.

Travelling to Woodstock from Oxford
The Stagecoach S3 bus runs up to every 20 minutes from Central Oxford. It stops at Oxford Rail Station and Gloucester Green bus station arriving right outside the Palace Gates.
The new Stagecoach 7 service similarly departs from Central Oxford calling at Oxford Parkway. The number arrives outside the Palace Gates every 30 minutes throughout the day.
The Oxford Bus Company also runs regular 500 service connecting Oxford city, the railway stations in the city centre and Oxford Parkway with Woodstock.

Take the Oxford Tube from Central London and change at Gloucester Green bus station in Oxford to our S3 service or connect to the number 7 from George Street. Ask for an Oxford Tube Connector ticket and your local bus fare is free.
By Train
Train stations include Oxford, Long Hanborough and Bicester. Trains run regularly to these stations from London Paddington and Marylebone respectively. Call 08457 484950 for up to date train information, or visit First Great Western or Chiltern Railways.
By Coach
Regular services run from Victoria Coach station in London to Gloucester Green, Oxford. Visit Oxford Tube for and Stage Coach Bus for details.
