Route information
Swim
The swim will be a 750m 1 lap open water swim of the reservoir. Wetsuits will be mandatory and expect the water to be between 18-19 degrees celsius.
Bike
This will be a fast-rolling 20k loop which will be 1 lap in total for all participants.
Run
The run will be 1 lap of an out and back run with mixed-terrain throughout, it will be a mixture of off-road and tarmac surface over the dam wall and back. There will be a feed station along the course so make sure to stop and fuel up.
