This event looks to cater to runners of all abilities therefore and is ideal for novices and seasoned pros alike. Participants will enjoy a truly stunning trail which takes them through the epic Chiltern Hills.
Like all Run the Wild events, the race will take place in teams and you will be placed in a time of a similar running ability. These teams will go at the following paces:
- 7-9k per hour
- 11k per hour
- 11k+ per hour

There are regular trains from London Euston to Tring Station which take around 40 minutes.
Event day logistics
08:15 Registration opens

Please arrive at least 45 minutes before the race is scheduled to begin to ensure there is plenty of time to complete the registration process.
Age Restrictions
You must be at least 15 years old on the day of the event to take part.
Kit List
- Wicking top and shorts or leggings
- Socks (eg: Injinji)
- Trail running shoes (sufficient tread)
- Lightweight waterproof jacket
- Sun hat / cap
- Warm hat and gloves
- Fully Charged Mobile Phone including the numbers for the Lead Runners, Event Director as well as appropriate emergency services (charge before use and make sure it's in a waterproof case or bag)
- Lightweight, comfortable running pack (max 12 litres)
- Water Bottles / Bladder
- Snacks to sustain you for the planned route
- Waterproof bags / dry bags to keep stuff dry
- Whistle (normally found attached to your bag)
- Personal first aid kit (eg: blister packs, sunscreen, inhaler etc)
