Parking is available, please park on Lancaster Road and Lysander Road, please avoid Hercules Way, please be courteous to other competitors and locals. There will be no parking at the sports field on the day. Please think about car sharing.

Registration is from 09:00 to 10:00 where you can collect your race number.
Race Brief
There will be a short briefing before the race for your safety. Please obey the instructions from the marshals at all times.
Age Restrictions
You must be aged 16 or over on race day to compete in the 10k. The 5k is open to all ages but under 10s must be accompanied by an adult.
You can run with your dogs providing they are on a short-controlled lead.
This course is not suitable to wheelchair users or those wishing to run with buggies.
You may not run with headphones. If you do you may be disqualified.
On Site Facilities
There will be toilets, and refreshments will be available to purchase.

Are there age restrictions for the Bowerhill Bomber?
The 10k race is open to runners over the age of 16 years on the day of the race. The 5k race is open to all but under 10's must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I run the Bowerhill Bomber with my dog?
Dogs are welcome on a lead.
Is the Bowerhill Bomber course suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs?
Unfortunately this course is not suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs.
Can I run with headphones at the Bowerhill Bomber?
Headphones / bone conduction headphones are not permitted, please do not break these rules otherwise you will be disqualified. This is for everyone’s safety.
