Swim - Open water, Bike - Road, Run - Off-road

The Swim Course
The swim route follows a clockwise 750m loop around the wakeboarding lake. There are two buoys you must swim around at either end of the lake. There will be no wakeboarding happening during this triathlon.

Sprint distance athletes complete 1 lap.

Standard distance athletes complete 2 laps.

The Bike Course
The route is an 18.7km loop around the flat and fast roads of Kempston. All participants must adhere to the highway code, since the race is not held on closed roads. The race is started early in the morning to avoid traffic.

Sprint distance athletes complete 1 lap.

Standard distance athletes complete 2 laps.

The Run Course
The run course is one 5.3km loop on mildly undulating terrain, which you join approximately 100m from transition.
