Did the race in 2018
Did the 10 mile as pre-half preparation and it was my longest run to date. Nice course, mostly quiet country lanes - parts were open to cars but only 2 or 3 passed. Didnt find the few hills to be too much of a challenge. The car park is well signed as you arrive in Bramley but think this was the overflow car park as it was a good 15 min walk away. There were lots of loos but also a 15 minute queue - so leave time. Baggage drop in tents according to runner number - quick and easy. The water stations were well organised by the young volunteers - plastic cups well filled were offered at each one, all good. Nice goodie bag with medal, buff, food and drink to try. Husband did the 20, essentially 2 laps of the same course, so I was smug to come in before him for once :) Overall, friendly, efficient, understated.

Very good race for marathon preparation. The field is deep, even at the faster end, so you are rarely running alone.

First time, really enjoyed the course. However,I felt a bit awkward walking back to my car on the same route as the runners doing the 20miles. Its very narrow on the path and had to step back to let them past . Pity the road was open to cars. Gave lots of encouragement though :) Would have been nice, if the race shirt was advertised outside. I didnt see it anywhere and I would have liked to see it to help me decide whether to go in and buy one but I didnt bother!

Maybe a few more toilets at the start but otherwise a fantastic event. Very well organised. Will be back!
