Definitely need trail shoes and do your hill training . Will be back there to do it again well orginased race as always by Aspire Running Events!!!
Make sure your santa jacket is tightly fastened, mine kept wanting to fall off.
Enjoy it. Its a rare experience to run with that many Santas!
I think you should present the trophies once the top 30 runners have finished I.e. once you have winners for each category. It was a shame to only have a handful for presentation by waiting until the very end.
Grip on your shoes is vital. Especially on the downhill section to the fort.
