Route information

Back again in 2025, the original Epic Ruck/Trail sponsored by GORUCK! With some testing climbs, rolling terrain and amazing views of the surrounding areas - the Ashton Court route is exactly what the Epic 10k Ruck Series is all about - challenging yourself and using your fitness to explore some stunning locations.
GORUCK are our official partners for this series which means every single person signed up to either the PRO RUCK & NOVICE RUCK category will get to use their industry leading Rucker 4.0 backpack at the event.
Rucking or Trail Running?
As with all of our events in our Epic Ruck/Trail Series, there are three main ways you can take on the Ashton Court 10k route:

  • The Novice Ruck Category - take on the same 10k route with the addition of a lighter backpack that we can provide you with on the day (15lbs/6.8kg for men, 10lbs/4.5kg for women - Ruck will be provided by us on the day).
  • The Trail Run Category - i.e. take on the same 10k route as a standard trail run!
