The 4,5 mile race starts outside the Post Office on Church Street, drops down to Sherford Street and joins the A44. The race proceeds uphill along the main road to Brockhampton, turning left to join the Bromyard Downs.
From here, runners take in breathtaking views west into Wales and North to Clee Hill, along a minor road. Runners then join the B4203 heading downhill towards Bromyard, finishing with a short climb up Church Street back to where the race began.
The 2019 winner was Andrew Kaighin who ran the course in a time of 25 minutes 40 seconds.
The all-time recent record is just over 23 mins.

Free parking is available at Rowberry Street car park (HR7 4DY). Parking for a fee is available in Tenbury Road car park (HR7 4LL).

10:00 Race Starts
Start waves may be required, which is made possible by the use of chip-timing. If they are required, this will be communicated to entrants closer to the time.
Please arrive by 9.30am to collect your race number and timing chip and allow for socially distanced queuing time.
There is a time limit of 100 minutes to complete the race.
All entrants must be 16 and older on race day to enter.
