This well designed and testing ride weaves through quiet country lanes and you should expect it to take somewhere between 3 and 5 hours.
There are no really big hills on this route )we promise), but by the nature of the terrain it will be a challenge if you've not done much cycling before.
The course winds its way through the Cotswold villages of Shutford and Epwell.

A flat(ish) family friendly route starts within the courtyard of the castle and then leads over the moat and then follows a quiet road and then a grass track which leads back to the castle. If the ride is a bit too bumpy along the grass track then just walk along this section and enjoy the stunning views across the rolling Cotswold hills.
On returning to Broughton Castle all riders will receive a well deserved medal and post event refreshments will be on sale plus entertainment for the whole family to enjoy while relaxing in the Castle grounds.
