There is plenty of variety in terrain over the route with forest tracks, footpaths and fields. It has a unique elevation (as you can see from the elevation graph). There is a total of 210metres\* of elevation for the 10km\* and 420metres\* of elevation for the 20km\*. There is an entry limit of 500 (across all races) and we expect it to fill quickly, so get in now! There will also be a children's race on the day for the budding trail runners. Our event centre provides a great family day out for both competitors and also spectators, with food and drinks available, children's activities, race commentary all at the start / finish line located in the grounds. Spectators will have a great view of the starters and finishers. There will be toilets provided and some shelter in the registration marquee, which hopefully we won't need. But as it is Wales in March you can't be sure what the weather will do so make sure you dress for the conditions.Due to the fact that all our events are held on private land, we are not able to provide you with course maps. As it is private land the route cannot be run before or after the race, so please don't try. Unfortunately dogs are not allowed on the day.
