Route information
The course begins close to the River Meon at Station Close.
This is where runners will climb aboard the 'Meon Valley Express' at the imaginary 'Meon Valley Station' before making their way along the Meon Valley Trail.
Runners will turn around just north of Soberton Heath before heading back to claim their well deserved glass of bubbly and chips.

Car: From the A32 leave the road at Wickham, with its junction with the B2177. From the south, turn right and pass under the railway bridge, from the north, turn right, and pass under the railway bridge. Take the first right into Mill Lane. In approximately 150 yards, turn right into Station Close. This is where you will find the car park and the start/finish.

Please ensure you arrive 30 minutes before the start of your race in order to collect your race number and to soak up the atmosphere.

This is an excellent event for spectators and there is no fee to watch this race.
FAQs
What do finisher's of the Fizz & Chips 5k and 10k receive?
All finisher's will receive a glass of prosecco and some freshly cooked chips as they speed across the finish line. There will also be a bespoke finisher's medal.
Do I have to dress up?
Fancy dress is strongly encouraged but not mandatory.
Is there parking available?
There will be parking available at the start and finish line area.
