Awards will be presented for top individual and team performances and every finisher will receive a medal.

Gates open 5pm. Team Captains will collect race packs, including batons and running numbers on the day from the information tent.
The first runner/walker will start at 18:30 so make sure you arrive with enough time to set up your site, gather your race packs and get to the start line. We expect the last runners to come in at around 21:00.

Spectator Info
The relay route passes through the corporate site spaces meaning spectators are in the middle of the action to cheer on and encourage their colleagues, families and friends. There is also food and drink available to purchase on-site and other fun activities to get involved in. The Spectators entrance fee is £3, giving access to the West Wycombe Park (National Trust land) and corporate site, and this also includes a one month membership to Taste Card for great discounts off of popular eateries. The £3 can be paid in cash or by card on the day.
FAQs
Will I be able to enter and leave the premises?
Yes. All participants and spectators must wear their wristbands at all times. If you lose or take off your wristband you will be escorted off site and refused entry back into the premises.I have never run 5km before,
is this race suitable for me?
Absolutely. The race is all about participation and there will be many runners who will not consider themselves athletes. The route is designed to be inclusive and suit all abilities from first time to experienced runners, joggers and walkers. It is all about having a great day out with colleagues.
Must all runners be from the company?
No, although we do encourage this.
Runners can be friends or family membersIs there an age limit?
Runners must be over the age of 12 years old.
Where can I get the results?
Results will be published post-race either on our website or on the Corporate Relay social media accounts.
Is the race suitable for disabled athletes?
The race will take on multi-terrain including grass, mud and road. There will also be hills and uneven grounds. Disabled athletes may take part but it is advisable that they contact the race organiser to ensure they are able to take on the course. The race organisers will try their utmost to support these individuals.
Can I bring pets?
No. Strictly no pets allowed.
What should I bring with me?
You are encouraged to bring chairs and picnic blankets. You may bring food to the event but no beverages will be allowed.
