Both the 5k and 10k routes will meander through the picturesque grounds of Gosford House Wood and Wemyss Mausoleum. There will be hard-packed, wide trails making this perfectly suitable for canicross and for newbies to trail running to try it out.
The course will be well marked and marshalled by the brilliant Run Afan Forest team, and will have 2 water stations on the route and 1 at the finish line.
