Route information
The first part of the race is a 10k hilly mixed terrain course. You will then set sail on their kayaks, traverse two laps of the course. Then you will undertake a short orienteering section with five checkpoints. Then you will undertake a tough but manageable 50k mountain bike orienteering finale where you will have to find 10 checkpoints throughout the surrounding countryside.

Eligibility Criteria
This race is only for experienced adventure racers with a good level of fitness.
Kayaks
Kayak hire is included in the entrant's entry fee.
Catering
There will be hot and cold snacks available to purchase.
Bike Hire
If you do not have a bike you can hire one from the Margam Park Adventure base which is about 100 metres away from the race centre. Please contact them directly to arrange the hire of a bike.
