Route information
This beautiful 10 mile route through the rolling hills of Cambridgeshire promises to be one of the most buzzing events in the summer running calendar.
With over 5000 participants, runners can expect to be buoyed up by the camaraderie and energy of the event, and with the entire route being run on closed roads, it's a great opportunity to lock in that perfect stride and push for that personal best.
The out and back route will start and finish at the East of England Showground, and travel to the beautiful village of Elton before turning around, giving the opportunity to cheer on your fellow runners in both directions as you cruise towards the finish line.
The route will be fully marked and marshalled, with refreshment stations at multiple points along the route making sure your energy stays high and your spirits higher as you enjoy this epic running bonanza.
At Mile 5, runners will experience the 'Rainbow Mile', where there will be a huge party filled with fans, music and entertainment to lift them up as they start the second half of the race.
After the race, celebrate at Event HQ, where there will be tons of family-friendly activities including inflatables, a family bike ride, and a massive number of vendors and exhibits to visit.
