I was a little apprehensive about the race due to the amount of hills. However I really liked it, tough but dare I say enjoyable. The hall was ok for meeting, getting changed but did become packed towards the start of the race and at the end.The race start was fine, however due to the numbers was congested at the beginning and for at least 2/3 miles. The event was well organised, plenty of water stations throughout the course and within the hall.Overall a decent event and I will probably do this again.

3rd time running this event. Great event, well marshalled and even a little snow didnt hamper the enthusiasm of the runner or supporters. Its in the diary every year, one not to miss.

Enjoyed the run out around fairly quiet country roads. Well marshalled, plenty of volunteers out and good encouragement right at the end - with a very welcome bottle of cold water to celebrate finishing. Ill be back next year, hopefully a lot faster!!

It's a varying course and good fun because of that. I've done the race about 5 times in the last 7 years and each year the organisers have tweaked it for the better.

Great race as ever, very well organised and represented for an early season race. Definitely recommend and will be back in 2019!

My first Canterbury 10 miles and although a tough challenge for me physically which can only be seen as positive, the course was nice and scenic, organised very well and the atmosphere was amazing. Thanks a lot and see you next time, brilliant run and to top it all a 10 mile PB personally for me

My first time running this event and was pleasantly surprised with the course! Was challenging but very scenic. Due to the large field of runners it took a fair while to break through the crowds which was a little frustrating and messed up chances of a PB, lol. Marshalls were encouraging (especially the ones under the bridge playing music and shouting inspiration to the runners! Really gave me a boost!)I would recommend this course, especially to first time 10 milers! See you again next year!

A very enjoyable run, my second time, challenging hills but that makes it more interesting, miserable weather as always but well organised
