Route information
You will have two lots of 6 hours to complete this event, you are not tied to any distance and you may run as far or as little as you wish.
Run around this flat course to see if you could be the next track star by taking on two 6-hour running events back-to-back. All entrants will be running around a 400m athletics track for the duration of the event. Therefore, you will be testing your physical fitness and your mental ability to conquer this rather unique challenge.
With local fireworks lighting up the evening sky, there will be plenty of opportunities for participants to get a PB no matter what distance they race. The number of laps for each distance is outlined below:
- 5k: 12.5
- 10k: 25
- Half Marathon: 52.75
- Marathon: 105.5
- 50k Ultra: 125
- 6-hour challenge: unlimited

If taking a train the closest train station is Ware, from there you can take a bus to Amberley Green which is only a short walk to the race venue.

Entering this double event will sign you up for both morning and afternoon sessions. You are not tied to the distance that you sign up for it is just a guideline. For example, if you sign up for the 5k runs but fancy running further, feel free to do so.
Age Requirements
All entrants must be 18 years or above to participate.
Registration
Please arrive 30 minutes before the start time to collect your race number and receive the race briefing.
Rules
- Overtake on the right-hand side
- If you are going to walk some parts of the event, please stay in the outer lanes of the track
- As it gets dark all participants will be required to wear a headtorch for the remainder of the event
- All entrants can run for as long or as little as you like over the 6 hour period and there is no set pace you must run at
