This is a fantastic riverside 10k. The route follows the Cattle Creep, an old method of moving cattle between fields. The 10k traces the ancient footpaths and trails through the Ouse Valley Park and Floodplain Forest National Reserve and under the Grand Union Canal.

Only bone conducting headphones are permitted, but given the run takes place in the dark runners are encouraged not to wear these.
Will I need to bring a head torch to the Cattle Creepy 10k?
Yes, this run will be in the dark so you'll need a head torch. If you don't have one, you may not be allowed to run.
When will I receive my race pack for the Cattle Creepy 10k?
Race packs will be sent out before raceday. If your race pack does not arrive in time, you can pick up a replacement from registration on the day.
