Route information
Select your choice of 13, 19, or 27.5 miles to traverse along Northern Ireland's Causeway Coast. An area of immense natural beauty, participants will be privy to incredible coastal views for the entire length of the trail, all while knowing they are supporting the great cause of Parkinson's UK.
All of the trails will start by Carrick-a-rede rope bridge, and all trails will have a rest stop at Dunseverick Castle. The 13 mile trail will end at Portballintrae Village Hall, 19 Miles will finish at Portrush, and those completing 27.5 miles will finish at Ulster University Coleraine Campus.
Some spectacular highlights on the course include Dunluce Castle, a now-ruined medieval castle, and of course the mysterious Giants Causeway, the fourth greatest natural wonder in the UK.

Event day logistics
Schedule:
07:45: All races begin from Carrick-a-rede rope bridge.
Free bus transfers to the start line from Ulster University are available.
Please note: Race Packets and Technical T-shirts will be sent out around 2 weeks before race day.

Spectators are welcome anywhere along the course, however it is recommended that spectators come to either the rest points or the finish lines along the way.

Is there a time cut-off for this event?
Yes, all trails must be completed in 12 hours to ensure the safety of all our participants.

Is there an age cutoff for this event?
Yes, participants must be at least 16 years of age to participate in this event. Ages 18 and under must be accompanied by an adult on the route at all times.

What are the fundraising targets for each distance?
If you wish to choose the sponsored entry to receive the lower registration fee, participants must raise a minimum of £125 for 13 miles, £200 for 19 miles, and £325 for the 27.5 miles.
