Route information
The event will be a six hour timed challenge event based out of the Cyclopark Complex at Gravesend. The route will be a mixture of trail, bike paths and tarmac and will be slightly undulating.
You can complete as many or as few laps as you like within the 6 hours. Plus, if you set off on a final lap before 5:59:59 it will count towards your total distance.

Race Numbers
You'll pick up your race number on the morning of the event from the registration desk at the race base camp.
Age Requirements
Children over the age of 11 are permitted to take part in this event so long as they are accompanied by an adult at all times and do not exceed the following distances.
  • Aged 11-12 can run a maximum of 5k
  • Aged 13-14 can run a maximum of 6k
  • Aged 15 can run a maximum of 10k
  • Aged 16 can run a maximum of 15k
  • Aged 17 can run a maximum of 25k
Aid Station
You'll visit the aid station after every 3.28 mile lap. This will be fully stocked by the event organiser but you are welcome to leave your own on the table for runner's supplies.
On-site Facilities
There will be toilets available from 07:00 by the car park close to the start/finish area.
Headphones and Earphones
You will be able to use headphones and earphones during the 6 Hour Challenge. Please have the volume low and be aware of others you are sharing the space with.

You can run as many laps as you like within the 6 hours, meaning you choose your distance. You must complete at least one lap to be considered a finisher.
