Runners will have the opportunity to pass by many key sites of the London 2012 Olympics, for example the breathtaking Olympic Stadium and the Lee Valley Velodrome - home of Sir Chris Hoy and Jason Kenny's famous triumphs.
Both races will have the chance to feel the Olympic spirit on more than one occasion, with the 5km runners completing the track twice and the 10km race doing four loops.
**Schedule
19:00** 10k start
19:30 5k start
20:30 Event ends
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the race to allow ample time to complete the registration process.
Spectators are encouraged to come along and re-create the amazing atmosphere of the London 2012 Olympic Games.
The looped route is ideal for allowing spectators to see the runners at both the start and finish line.
RunThrough are always looking for volunteers to help out on race days. There are a number of roles needing to be filled, from course marshals to handing out finisher's medals.
In return, RunThrough will give you free entry into one of their amazing races.

Tube/Train: The closest stations to the park are Statford or Stratford International. Alternatively, you can get the overground to Hackney Wick which is around a 10 minute walk to the park.
Bus: Regular buses services run from Central London into Stratford City bus station.
Car: There is paid parking available in the Westfield Stratford City.
