About
Absorb the inspiring atmosphere of the London 2012 Olympic Games with this 5k & 10k run through Olympic Park. Great for runners of all stripes, the course takes you past the Games' most iconic landmarks by night. Come to feel like an Olympian or for the themed finisher's medal. This year, in honour of World Mental Health Day, RunThrough have joined forces with Be More You, a running collective making strides to eliminate the stigma that surrounds mental health. Runners will be invited to spend a ‘mindful moment’ together, 60 seconds before the race begins, to check in with themselves and set some intentions for their run.

It was too dark and the path was hard to see, plus every now and the there would be bright lights from the sides - the dark and bright contrast was uncomfortable! But other than that it was a good run and good organisation.

The running route was good, in some places it was total darkness could not see the runner in front of me or the ground below for unevenness. In general it was a good atmosphere for the month of October
