Superbly organised, friendly helpers all smiling, safe bag drop, relaxed atmosphere, good results service in no time at all. Good number with chip and baggage tag attached. This is the reason why you get a large number of runners - and the final runner feels as important as the first finisher.Interesting medal of the area as a reward.

Good all round event, will come and do another only two minor negatives… 1) with the 10k going off 10min before the 5k, the 5k ran into a fair amount of traffic 2) quite pricey for a 5k maybe a cheaper option could be available receiving no medal?

Fast course. If you're feeling fit it's a good place to try a PB.

Great flat course. Perfect for fast times when less hot. As 4 laps not as much variation compared with other courses

Great event and well organised. Not the usual crowd; probably because it is so jolly hot.
