Midweek Chasing Numbers October

This is a 7 hour timed event, which allows you full control over the distance you want to run. The minimum distance is 5k, which is part of a lap. A full lap is 4.37 miles and you can run this as many or as few times as you wish in the 7 hours. It is 3 laps for a half marathon and 6 for a full marathon.

The course along a beautiful stretch of the River Thames. It is fully signed so no navigational experience is required. The course is a mixture with approximately 60% of it on a well-made path / tarmac. The remainder is grass and light trail which can get muddy at certain times of the year. Road shoes can be used all year round, although in winter there can be some muddier sections, so if you prefer the extra grip on the trail sections then trail shoes can be worn.
