Take part in one of the UK's most scenic trail running events. Great for runners of all levels, this 30k trail running adventure passes through beautiful woodland, grassy ridges and traditional villages. Come for the legendary hospitality or the finisher's tech t-shirt with a new love of the trails.

This route is rated Moderate, and that good fitness is required. You will need to be able to be on your feet for around 5 hours a day, and runners are encouraged to have run close to a half marathon distance before signing up. Route description
Route description

Starting from Tring Station, this opportunity is the perfect way to explore the country footpaths of the Chiltern Hills, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, whilst learning best trail running practices from the lead runners.

The 30k of fully guided trail will take you through stunning woodland, quaint country villages, and all over rolling grassy hills. If you are worried about running steep ascents, rest assured that anything deemed too steep will be walked up, and you will be with a group of runners of similar ability to ensure that you enjoy the day without any worries.

At the end of the course, you will receive transport back to Tring Station with full hearts, tired legs, and incredible memories.

Schedule:

09:00: Event starts at Tring Station

15:00: End of event

17:00: Arrive back at Tring Station

By Train:

Transport is not included in your booking, however, there are regular trains from London Euston Station which take around 40 minutes. Transport will be provided back to Tring station at the end of the event.
