The Horspath Athletics and Sports Club is situated just south east of Oxford and can be accessed from the A4142. From further away it can be accessed from the M40 or the A34.

- Riders under the age of 12 will be granted free entry as long as they book alongside a full paying adult
- All riders under the age of 16 need to be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for them at all times.
