Christmas Lights Running Tour routes

This Christmas Lights tour will see groups of 10 people running around London at its most festive time of the year.

While the route will remain the same, there are different paces available depending on the speed you are most comfortable with.

10k:

The Tour

The group will meet at Trafalgar Square (near the fountains), home of London's iconic Christmas Tree.

From there, the group will fly through the streets of the capital and you'll be able to marvel at the famous lights of Carnaby Street, Regent Street, Trafalgar Square, Oxford Street, Paddington, Kensington Palace, Bond Street and many more places you may not be familiar with.

The tour will last about 2 hours and finishes at Notting Hill Station.

Each speed falls across different dates throughout the year, so if you can't find the one you're looking for then be sure to check out another date.

Walk-Running in a Winter Wonderland

This is for people comfortable mixing short intervals of gentle jogging with walking.

The Merrily Medium

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I be able to keep up?
Your guide will run at the pace of the slowest runner so that no one is left behind. Runners are asked to sign up to the group that they are most comfortable with, so you should be grouped with runners of a similar pace.
Is there a shorter version of this event?
Yes! There is a 5km version of this event on this date.
What do I need to bring with me?
Bring your ticket on your phone and water if you usually run with it. Wear warmer clothes than you usually would for a run of this length as there will be a couple of stops throughout the run as the guides unveil London's untold history.
How big are groups?
Groups are a maximum of 10 people per pace.
What are the Junior tickets?
Junior tickets allow U18's who are accompanied by an adult to participate in the 5ks.
