Route information

This brand-new event for 2024 will take riders along a 50 mile route from the picturesque village of Cobham in Surrey and out into the surrounding countryside. However, this ride has the added challenge of having no feed stations along the route.
From the base at Cobham Village Hall, you'll begin the route with a number of climbs, starting with Chalk Lane before dropping down to Coombe Lane. Riders will then loop round the back of Shere and then continue on towards Ewhurst, before tackling Barhatch Lane. There will be a small loop allowing you to rejoin Barhatch Lane and then retrace back to Ewhurst, with an ascent to keep your legs working.
The course continues on through Holmbury St Mary and then out onto Tanhurst Lane, eventually connecting on to Leith Hill. From there, it's a relatively easy homeward journey back to the finish line at Cobham, where you can enjoy hot food and a warm welcome from volunteers.
