Registration & the Transition Area will be open from 06:30am. You will be issued with your race numbers and be body marked. You must have your numbers visible at all times during the race. If we cannot see your number, you may not get a time.

At registration, you will be issued with a timing chip that is allocated to your race number. This chip will be affixed to a Velcro band. On race day, you must place the Velcro band around your ankle.

IMPORTANT: Wear your timing chip before starting the SWIM! NO TIMING CHIP = NO TIMING SPLIT OR FINISH TIME. If you lose it, we will charge you £10, SO DON’T LOSE IT.

If you lose your timing chip during the race, you will not receive timing splits, but we will endeavour to record a finish time for you if you shout your race number as you cross the finish line.

RACE BRIEFING
All participants must attend the event briefing. This will be held quarter of an hour before the start times.

The event briefing will be held by the Swim Start next to the River.
You should attend these in your clothing that you will be starting the event in ready to start the race immediately after the briefing.

TRANSITION

To help with security, only competitors with numbers will be allowed in transition.

This is a split transition. This means that there are two transition areas

Transition Area One = Swim to Bike

Henley Management College Field - You will only need to drop off your bike. This is the transition area that you will go into after you complete the swim. It just needs all bike related equipment and will be accessed after you have completed the swim.

This is only in the opposite field - so do not worry if you forget something.

Transition Area Two = Bike to Run

Henley Showground Field & Main Race Area - this will only be needed for you to leave your running shoes and running related items. You will only access this transition after you have completed the bike section.

BAGGAGE DROP

We encourage everyone to leave their bags either in the car or in the transition area.
Additional Baggage Drop will be in the main event marquee where you'll will be able to leave your belongings during the event

FINISH & RESULTS

As soon as you have finished, please make sure you return your timing chip from your ankle to one of the marshals at the finish line. Failure to return this could result in a £10 charge to replace the timing chip.

There will be water just beyond the finish, where you can also get an instant read out of your results from the large screen available, and print them off for your journey home.

Full results will be available shortly after the last competitior has finished. All timing will be done by Stuweb timing systems.
