By Car

Catton Park is accessible by car from the A38, M1, M40 and M6. Follow signs to Burton on Trent when coming off the motorway.

Parking

Free parking will be available on site. All cars must be registered before arrival. The event organiser will send out a link to register vehicles to all participants who sign up.

Camping

There will be on-site camping for those wishing to stay overnight before or after the Continental Thunder Run 10k. Camping is charged at £12 at the checkout.

Event Village

Entry to the 10k includes entry to the buzzing event village which will have heaps of entertainment and activities. The event village will be open to any supports your bring with you, so this really is an event for the whole family - even those who aren't running.

I still to receive the medal and shirt that they promise.It is always less tiring and fulfilling if medal is received after the run. Its a shame because the atmosphere was realy great than i expected.

Firstly the pre information said to bring along the ticket with the QR code on...never asked for on arrival or shown to anyone.Secondly, the event just seemed like a tack on to the main event, there was more enthusiasm and participation by the spectators than by the organisers. Lastly, no prizes or recognition for categories, many of the racers didn't have age categories, whether this wasn't asked for i can't remember. It just seemed - ahhh you've finished...bye bye...The course was great, lots of cheering from the main event spectators. I loved the way the course went in between the campers as much as possible. Shame about the rest.....

You advertised this event & I paid £18.00, stating there was a 'Commemorative Medal' at the end, where was it? There was no medal or anything else provided at the end! i would like an explanation or partial refund for false advertising, please do not ignore this e-mail!!! I found it hard course but I find hard to run on grass . But great a event .Marshall very friendly. The atmosphere was great everyone cheering you on.Yes there was a problem with the metals but thing happen and they will be posted out to us soon. I be back next year for the 10k.
