This is a guided run that will follow a 10 - 13 mins/mile pace. The distance will be either slightly under or over. You must be able to complete 10 miles in at least 10 miles in 3.5hours. The course will be tough with a notable climb up as the famous Cheese Rolling Hill. After conquering Cooper's Hill you will then be taken across limestone grassland as well as through some towering woodland. Take in the amazing views as you run.

What do I need to bring with me to the Coopers Hill 10 Mile Guided Trail Run?
You must bring at least one additional layer and some way to carry this layer in case of an emergency. At least 500ml of water or energy drink, any snacks you may want during the run. A fully charged mobile phone is handy. Requirements for some of these items may be relaxed on the day depending on the weather conditions.
