From the historic Church of Holdgate in the heart of the Corvedale the route climbs to Abdon Burf, the highest point in Shropshire. Both routes return via the Jack Mytton Way to Tugford, The short route (10 miles)then returns to Holdgate while the long route (22 miles) climbs Wenlock Edge for superb views out to Mid Wales There will be 2 checkpoints on the long route and one on the short route to ensure that you are properly refreshed and a fine barbecue (included in entry fee) to welcome you home.
