Route description

The 1.2 mile swim is one loop in the well known lake 32 set in the Ashton Keynes Water Park.

The 56 mile bike course is flat and fast and goes through some of the areas quiet and beautiful villages. It is a two lap course with the furthest point being at the top of the only real hill, Neils Hill in Hannington Wick.

Participants will enjoy running 13.1 miles on a mixture of tarmac and hard path alongside the lake and through local villages. The lack of elevation on the bike and the run should give competitors a real chance of gaining personal best times!
