Route information
This event takes place in the stunning Emberton Country Park in support of Willen Hospice. The race is a tried and tested route that participants love. This event has four distance options ranging from the brief Stampede option all the way to the Cowman. Each route involves a varying number of laps through the course and marshals will line the route and guide you to the finish line.
Route Details:
Cowman: 21k Run, 90k Bike, 10k Run
Longhorn Classic: 10k Run, 60k Bike, 10k Run
Calfman (Age-Group Qualifier): 10k Run, 45k Bike, 5k Run
Stampede: 5k Run, 20k Bike, 5k Run
Please Note: If you intend to qualify for the British Triathlon GB Age-Group Team at the Calfman Duathlon you must register your intent to qualify by 5PM on Friday at the British Triathlon website.

Please Note: There will be race briefings 15 minutes before the start of each event. The Calfman Duathlon is the only GB qualifying race taking part at this event.
You are encouraged to arrive at least an hour and a half before the start of your event to give you enough time to get parked, registered and warmed up.
FAQs
Is the Calfman Duathlon a European Age-Group Qualifying event?
Yes, this event is an age-group qualifying event and if you intend to use it to qualify then you will need to register your intent by October 5th latest. Note - this is the only GB qualifying race at the event.
Will there be awards for the Cowman Duathlon?
Yes, there will be prizes awarded to the top male & female performances across all events.
Is there a bag drop at the Cowman Duathlon?
Yes, there will be a manned bag drop for participants belongings. However, these are left at the owners discretion and Big Cow Events is not responsible for any lost or missing items.
When will I receive my race pack for the Cowman Duathlon?
Race packs will not be sent out via mail, instead they can be collected on race day at the event village during registration.
What cause does the Cowman Duathlon support?
The Cowman Duathlon operates in support of the Willen Hospice.
