Route information
This event takes place in the stunning Emberton Country Park in support of Willen Hospice. The race is a tried and tested route that participants love. This event has three distance options ranging from the brief Stampede option all the way to the Cowman. Each route involves a lake swim and a varying number of cycling and running laps. Marshals will line the route and guide you to the finish line.

- 19 or older for the Cowman
- 17 or older for the Calfman
- 15 or older for the Stampede
BTF Affiliation
If you register for the British Triathlon Federation entry, you must present your membership card. Please don't forget it, or you might not be able to race.

Spectators are definitely encouraged to get out to this awesome event. The Emberton Country Park grounds are the perfect place for a post-race picnic and a great way to unwind after the event.
