Come and learn about the darker side of London's history on this informative tour of Crime and Punishment. Your guides will teach you everything about the grim demise to Britain's most infamous criminals. On this 10k steady run you will follow in the footsteps of London's most notorious convicted criminals making the journey from Newgate Prison to Tyburn Gallows.
This event makes up part of a larger series across a number of dates from September to October. This event is a casual run and not a race (11 - 13 minute miles).

The event accommodates all abilities here are the dates of the other Crime and Punishment tours with their relevant paces: 24th September: Steady Running (11 - 13 min/mile), 6th October: Run-walk intervals (13 min/mile + some gentle jogging), 8th and 9th October: Running (Sub-11 min/mile).
