Route information

Crystal Palace Park is the perfect location for this morning run, no matter your ability. With 3 different distances to choose from, runners of all abilities will enjoy the wide paved roads and paths that weave around the park.

Situated upon Norwood Ridge, the route will offer stunning views of Central London, Greenwich and the North Downs. It will be a lapped course, with 1 lap for the 5K, 2 for the 10K, and 4 (and a bit) for the Half Marathon.

Runners should be aware that there will be spectators and members of the public using the park, and should are urged to remain aware of their surroundings.

There will be marshals all around the course as well as km signs and arrows.

Please arrive at least 45 minutes before race time to ensure plenty of time for registration

Bag Drop:

There will be a secure baggage area where you can leave your belongings. Your baggage tag will be attached to your race number, so simply tear it off and attach to your bag.

Toilets:

There will be portaloos within the event village for runners and spectators

Refreshments and Aid Stations:

There will be water provided at the 5K point of the race, and at the finish. Upon finishing, you will receive a banana and flapjack.

Results:

Results will be available on www.runthrough.co.uk after the race.

Spectators are always welcome and the more the merrier and they are free to walk around the course. There is plenty of parking within the park and nearby.
