This is one picturesque run! The route will start from Exceat, Seaford in East Sussex and take runners above the iconic white chalk cliff tops, lush woodland at Friston Forest, Seven Sisters Country park, Cuckmere River bank and Cuckmere Haven. There will also be a stretch of the route along the 100-mile South Downs Way.
There'll be chances to spot some sites of archaeological interest like Belle Tout Neolithic enclosure.
This run will be approximately 14.5 miles and start and finish in Seaford. There will be approximately 1948ft/ 581 metres of elevation making this route hilly.
