Route information
Stretch your legs this June with some truly scenic run from Trail Run Explorers. This roughly 15 mile route will take runners along the Seven Sisters white cliffs, the South Downs Way, the meandering bank of the Cuckmere River and down onto the beach at Cuckmere Haven.
This is one picturesque run! The route will start from Exceat, Seaford in East Sussex and take runners above the iconic white chalk cliff tops, lush woodland at Friston Forest, Seven Sisters Country park, Cuckmere River bank and Cuckmere Haven. There will also be a stretch of the route along the 100-mile South Downs Way.
There'll be chances to spot some sites of archeological interest like Belle Tout Neolithic enclosure.
