Dalgety Bay 10k & 3k

This is a multi-terrain route that includes smooth trails, some tarmac and woodland. We may have to alter the race route and distance due to forestry or other essential maintenance work. If the race is cancelled due to severe weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances, then we will reschedule the race to a later date. Dogs and pushchairs are not allowed on either race. Please obey any signals and directions given by any route marshals – for safety reasons please do not wear headphones. The route will be well marked, and marshals will be in place at road crossings and other key points. In the interests of the safety of both competitor and marshal there will be a two hour cut off for the 10k. There will be a sweeper who will carry a first aid kit and assist in administering minimal First Aid if required.
