There will be parking available in the Sainsbury's Staff car park. Please car share if you can as there will be limited parking spaces.

Registration
Registration will take place on the right-hand side of the grass. There will be a short race briefing before the event.
There will be 3 kit lines be laid out in rows No 1 to 60 with each number 2 meters apart. Go to your number to set up on the day.

All participants must wear a wetsuit to compete in the event.

Runners are asked to please complete this form and bring the completed version along to the event.
Pre-Race Experience
To take part in this event you must have swam open water before. You will be asked to sign a race waver form before the race to confirm this.
