  • Did the Half Marathon in 2019

A run which is organised by local club Dartford Harriers and has a nice local feel to it. The year I ran had 755 runners complete it, which means less time getting over the start line, less traffic during the race and a better finish position! There are enough stewards along the course to keep you on track and some local people turn out to cheer you on. The course is really hilly, 600ft odd of elevation, so makes for an interesting run if you are good on flats or up/down hills. Some nice scenic country views of Kent on the way round too.Had a good amount of fun during the race, and decent value for money. I've used this as a marathon training plan race.

It was a tough course but enjoyable, well organised and wonderful, friendly marshals. The sweets that some marshals handed out during the toughest part of the course was a life saver. Definitely signing up for next year

Great run and a nice challenging course. Pity the weather could not be controlled. Only issue was the signage, took 2 wrong turns. Last year was better sign posted.
